Supritha’s personal vision for the club is to work towards a day when a club like Women in Business is not needed anymore as its purpose is successfully met. Through WiB, at ISB, she wishes to sensitize the cohort to the different problems that gender biases and skewed gender ratios create in a workplace and possible solutions for the same. She looks forward to creating a safe space within the cohort, for everyone to come together, learn and contribute towards shattering the glass ceiling that exists today.
