Samagya was brought up in Delhi. After completing Bachelor's in Economics Honors from Miranda House (Delhi University), she went on to work for 3 years at a ZS Associates in Gurgaon. Samagya’s interests include singing, reading, and playing chess.


Eswar Subramanian Ramakrishnan

Vice President

Eswar was born and brought up in Chennai. After pursuing Chemical Engineering at Anna University, he had a 2.5-year stint with a Big4 consulting firm in Chennai. He then pursued his Master of Management in F&B from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Italy. He continued to work in Italy (and the US) as a B2B Sales & Marketing professional for 4 years before returning to India to pursue his MBA from ISB. Eswar’s interests include football, cricket, swimming, podcasts, and public speaking. 


Shruti Agrawal

Events Coordinator

Shruti is a Chartered Accountant with 3 years of work experience in the finance domain and has worked with renowned firms such as LTIMindtree. She graduated with a Management Degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Public speaking comes to her naturally, various accolades and events account for her success in the domain. She has been passionate about the Radio world since her school days, where she RJed at her ‘Recess Radio’. In her leisure time, she loves listening to music and dancing. She is a café explorer and likes capturing the instagrammable moments.


Akshit Goel

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Akshit was born in Delhi and has lived and worked there ever since. After completing his Bachelor's in Management Studies from SSCBS (Delhi University), he went on to work for 2 years at a Research and Consulting firm in Gurgaon. He then switched to a Strategy role in the CEO’s Office at Aakash Education, where he worked for around 2 years before joining ISB. He is a Sports enthusiast and does Quizzing regularly.
