Arihant Jain

President

Arihant is a 2018 economics graduate from Hindu College, University of Delhi. He worked with McKinsey & Company for 4 years across diverse roles, from working on India office's flagship report to supporting the Asia Head in implementing internal strategy. In his free time, he loves to read books, stay active and dabble in gardening.

His passion to make ISB a truly diverse campus and formally increase representation of the LGBTQ+ community in the cohort made him stand for the president position. His aim is to build better allies on the campus and hopes to institute some structural shifts in ISB to aid diversity and inclusion.

Mansi Sachdeva

Vice President

Mansi is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and has worked at Deloitte as a Risk Advisory Analyst. Working with diverse clients on multiple business processes gave her hands-on experience with problem-solving.

She loves to paint and believes that art is an amazing medium to express love for the queer community. She dances like there is no tomorrow and travels places by reading books. She wants to spread awareness about the LGBTQIA+ community within and beyond the cohort.

Gaurav Agrawal

Events Coordinator

A dentist by qualification and entrepreneur by heart, Gaurav has an unconventional background. Having worked in small-scale manufacturing and started his own business, he understands how SMBs work and what challenges they face.

His work with the underprivileged involved educating kids about health, treating them through dental camps, and cooking and distributing food. He believes education and health are the silver bullets in the fight against poverty. He is a passionate cook and loves going on treks.

Jagrati Rathi

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

As a software engineer and an educator, Jagrati managed different stakeholders in her career. However, it was the job of interacting with the next generation that kept her on her toes. A big believer in giving back to society, she started free classes for underprivileged children in her hometown.

Her penchant for constant learning has brought her to her ISB journey. An advocate for mental health awareness and individual rights, she hopes to bust myths and provide a safe environment for everyone on the campus to be themselves through the spectrum club. She loves to trek and travel and can often be seen trying out new dishes around town.
