Meet Manasi, a skilled Engineer who holds a Bachelors of Technology in Information Technology and has worked as an Associate Consultant at Oracle (OFSS) for 20 months.

Manasi embraces a rich array of interests and talents. She enjoys describing herself as a "jack of all trades". She's a Level II Krav Maga Practitioner and she channels her artistic side as a classical dancer and finds joy in playing badminton and squash.

Throughout her journey, Manasi has been deeply committed to social causes, starting from her undergraduate college days. Her unwavering dedication to diversity and inclusion has fuelled her involvement in various initiatives. She strives to create a more inclusive society and empower underrepresented communities.

Vice President

Charles is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (University of Delhi) and a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University. He has been in the social impact and corporate sustainability space for over seven years, servicing social entrepreneurs and philanthropic organisations across India and countries in Africa.

Charles started the Pride movement in his previous organisations, paving way for deeper DEI discourses and interventions. He believes that allyship enables him to practice inclusivity, purposefulness and love through continuous learning and unlearning.

When he is not working, Charles can be found perfecting his latte art or losing himself to his first love – basketball. 

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Chirag holds a Bachelor of in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering college. He’s been an active ally at his previous professional organizations such as McKinsey and is supporting the process to make ISB the leading B-School for its inclusivity.

He grew up learning different languages and participating in various sports. When he’s not running between classes, high chances that you’ll come across him at the squash court or the tennis court at the campus.
