Biography

Mandeep Singh is a food technologist from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and is currently working as a manufacturing lead for Mondelez India Foods Pvt Ltd. He has over 17 years of experience in handling large unionised manufacturing operations, leading engineering and project management functions, and has hands-on exposure to brownfield/greenfield factory erection and commissioning. He has also handled complex manufacturing re-engineering projects involving plant closures, head count optimisation, and technology transfers. Mandeep is a certified Black Belt in lean and six sigma. He has previously worked with MNCs like PepsiCo and Glaxo Smith Kline Ltd.
