Biography

I have diverse experience in hospitality, aviation, event management, and education sectors. I am an avid reader, self-motivated learner, and a seeker who aspires to attain her highest potential by pushing her aspirations and limits in every sphere of life. I have proficiency in interpersonal relationships within teams and the ability to elevate each member to break through self-imposed limitations and beliefs.

I am a highly driven and determined person who believes in setting high goals and going all out to achieve them, be it personal or professional.

I am also a trained Odissi dancer and a Yoga enthusiast with a keen interest in arts and literature.

My aspiration was to continue to learn, unlearn and relearn, and that made me join PGPMAX. I believe proactive learning is crucial for personal development and skill enhancement.

I’m at that phase of my career where I feel I have optimised my knowledge and expertise and it’s time to take my learning and performance to the next level. The programme helps broaden mental capacities because of its peer-to-peer learning, new perspectives on management and evolution of the leadership style that help adapt to the changing world and its demands.
