Biography

Saurabh Pandey is a seasoned professional with over 16+ years of experience. He has a strong background in technology and digital transformations and was the Head of IT Development at CEB-Gartner and has led global technology teams. He has developed product and technology solutions and managed all aspects of product and software development. For the last two years, Saurabh has been working as Vice President engineering and Country Leader at SHL, leading engineering/technology functions of SHL talent measurement product. He is also overseeing India operations relating to workspace experience, talent development, and growth plan.
