Biography

Rajkumar Sivarajan is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience leading global teams across Operations, Programme Management and Strategy for Microsoft, Google, PayPal, Visa, and Intel. He started his career as a software developer, subsequently moving on to programme management and operations. Over the last seven years, he has spent a significant amount of time setting up global teams, designing org strategies and executing large scale transformational programmes delivering multi - million-dollar ROI. Outside of work and family, Raj spends his time understanding the art of movie making, high intensity functional training, and mindfulness.
