Biography

Sameer Rane is an Electrical Engineer by education and IT Engineer by profession. He has led Global IT Infrastructure teams in India's prominent captive centers like Colgate, Mondelez, and PepsiCo. He was instrumental in successfully setting up Colgate's Global IT Infra support center in Mumbai. He played a significant role in Mondelez's Digital Transformation Journey by seamlessly moving business-critical applications in Cloud. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he has made a valuable contribution to PepsiCo by building a Virtualization Solution, which is vital in on-boarding the new employees remotely during the lockdown. He believes that while fulfilling the professional responsibilities, it is imperative to keep ourselves updated with the industry knowledge.
