Biography

Ajay Rachakonda is the Director of Sales & Marketing), Zetatek Industries Pvt. Ltd. Incorporated in 1990, Zetatek started its operations after successfully developing and launching a range of process instrumentation, computerized controllers, and data acquisition systems. The company then diversified into after-sales service support, operational, and maintenance contracts for a range of environmental test facilities like test chambers, electro-dynamic vibration systems, electro-hydraulic vibration systems etc. Today, the company manufactures testing and simulation equipment for Defence, Aerospace, and Automotive, among other industries. They are also the indigenous manufacturers of environmental simulation, vibration simulation and motion simulation products, and represent several companies from across the world for their sales and technical service in India.

Why did you choose PGPMFAB programme?

I was looking for a programme that would enhance my knowledge in terms of management and business administration. The opportunity of interacting with people in similar family business setups is something I found really interesting as there would be great learning through such interactions. Since disconnecting from the business completely to do an MBA program was a challenge, the programme schedule offered in PGP MFAB at ISB seems to be the best option for me.
