Biography

Akshat Saraf is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Radha Group. He is a third-generation entrepreneur with over five years of experience in his family business. Prior to joining his family business, Akshat as worked at MNCs such as Uber and Coca-Cola while pursuing his management degree at Indiana University, Bloomington. 

Akshat takes care of Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Operations at the Radha TMT group, a market leader in steel manufacturing and construction with a legacy of over six decades. The company is preferred by stalwarts of the building industry and infra companies alike, with approvals in NHAI, BHEL, EnC of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, and many more. The group aims to be a 1MPTA plant by 2025 and envisions being the brand that builds India. 

Besides his business, Akshat is also on the Advisory Board of a large NPO involved in the space of education for the underprivileged called Teach For Change India. He is a black belt martial artist and an avid investor.

Why did you choose PGPMFAB programme?

I wanted to sharpen & refresh some of the skills that I had previously picked up in management school. I must say my perspectives and style of thinking have evolved. I also wanted to network with like-minded, next-generation family business leaders and develop a circle all across India.
