Biography
Aradhya Jain is an engineer by vocation and pursued B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, Dubai. He is the Director at his family business - Resistoflex Pvt Ltd. Founded in 1947 by Late Mr. R.K. Jain, Resistoflex offers a comprehensive range of products in application engineering; Shock, Vibration & Seismic Engineering; Flexible Piping Systems; and Base Isolation Systems for bridges & buildings. The company has been co-opted to the Mechanical Vibration and Shock Sectional Committee of Bureau of Indian Standards.
The company has collaborations with a lot of reputed organisations in India and across the globe including Continental Group, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, ISRO, Socitec (France) and Doorspec (Canada).

Being a third-generation entrepreneur, I consider management as the most important tool to bring systematic orientation and professionalisation in my company.
