Biography
Sanket Jaiswal is a next generation leader at Mini Iron & Steel Pvt Ltd. (MISPL), a Nagpur based steel re-rolling mill that primarily deals manufacturing of Compression Springs, Constant and Variable Rate Springs, Leaf Springs, Conical Springs. Pigtailed Springs, Mini block springs, Piston Rods and Bright Bars. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Purdue University (Indiana), Sanket oversees organisation's operations and growth.
Why did you choose PGPMFAB programme?
After spending couple of years in the business, I was interested in doing an MBA program to further enhance my business management knowledge as well as build a network of students and faculty that would help me with the same. PGP MFAB programme seemed like the best fit for my requirements as I am able to continue working in the business while gaining the knowledge and network through one of the best colleges in India. The diversity of the cohort is also something that makes the experience a lot more fruitful as one can gain experience from various industries.
