Biography

Shagun Rajesh Shah works along with his father and takes care of their family business - Qualitas Lifespaces. The business house has its main interest in Real Estate Development in and around Navi Mumbai. They also have investments in a venture of Construction Hoists and Flower Retail.

Apart from that, Shagun has launched "Planck Foods" while pursuing PGP MFAB. The startup aims at bringing the tastiest and healthiest snacks to all vegans in India through modern trade and E-commerce.

Why did you choose PGPMFAB programme?

I am a second-generation entrepreneur and we have nuclear family business setup. It is my father and I that are looking after them from the family aspect. I believe I require knowledge to turn our business house like that of a corporate structure wherein the teams are independently building and growing the business.

Apart from this, I am working on starting 2 more ventures. I realised I needed a course to help me develop management skills and understanding of setting up the corporate work culture. The scope of networking with young leaders from business houses across the country cannot be found in any other course.
