Biography
Jatin Patel, Currently manager in Statistical programming and Data Analysis in Parexel. After contributing 13+ years to the growth and success in three major CROs - learned that principled leadership is about leading from anywhere in the hierarchy with an uncompromising value system.

ISB’s PGPPro program, at this juncture, will help me to apply better business thinking in dynamic business setups. I have exhibited a steep learning curve thus far and my dedication to self-improvement will be best addressed at ISB.
An ISB experience will allow me to transition from a technical and operational leadership role to a business and strategy leadership role and prepare myself for the dynamic clinical trial industry. I also understand that, going forward, keeping up with the demands of maintaining professional credibility will be a tough call given my inner urge to perform in any environment I’m placed in, however, this opportunity will only reaffirm my resolve to expand my horizons.
