Biography 

My life philosophy revolves around ‘Strive for continuous improvement instead of perfection’ – Kim Collins.

I am a Bio-technology graduate with 10+ years of experience across various domains such as banking, insurance e-commerce, knowledge management & retail with proven competency in project management (PMP Certified), operations and continuous improvement (quality). Currently, I contribute as a Program Manager at GAP Inc. My previous roles include Chief of Staff, Project Manager and Account Manager.

I am extremely passionate about contributing towards women @ work initiatives with focus on building women leadership pipeline.

I am a proud mother of 4-year-old daughter, Ridhi. I am a trained Carnatic singer and a complete foodie (Vegetarian!) Want to call myself an amateur Gardner and I love to get my hands dirty to grow the greenery around
