Biography
Prema Adabala started her career with Cognizant Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. She joined in September 2007 as a Programmer Analyst after graduation and worked with them till February 2012 as Test Analyst. She worked for UHG & Lloyds TSB client as both developer, Tester & security Admin, She also worked in Tops and CVS Caremark accounts. She has sound knowledge in Mainframe Technologies and also Healthcare domain. She has excellent communication skills. She involved in all test life cycles - Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Unit Testing, Smoke, Functional, Regression, Security Testing and UAT testing. During this period, she was assigned to the following projects.
To explore the new opportunities, she shifted her Career to Infosys Technologies Limited.
She has Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills. She worked as Manager for team of 40+ members managing deliverables and managerial activities for more than 2 years in HCSC as Bundle lead from offshore - Retail Portfolio. Have hands-on experience in UFT and Selenium Framework. Worked closely with Client Managers and received appreciations directly in Quarterly CSAT report shared to Infosys.

I have often collaborated with diverse set of people. Managing people as a leader has been the most challenging and equally fulfilling. My current role as a Test Manager in Infosys has provided me with many complicated challenges.
As a woman I had to also face the added challenge of handling pressure at home, apart from those in my professional life. I had to balance my work life and personal life. This required immense planning. Multi-tasking is a must any day.
All these qualities along with ISB’s world class management education, I believe, will mold me into a world class leader.
