Biography

Purushotham Taduka (PT), Director – Finance & Business Operations with Neo Tech Solutions having an overall experience of around 13 years. I started my career as an accountant and later involved into business operations. As my entire work experience is with startups to medium scale enterprises, I would have to wear all the caps starting from a junior executive to CEO. In the process I started experiencing the pain of an organization in various contexts. I strongly believe an organization and a human is very similar, both have to go through with lot of ups and down.
