Biography

Shruti Ganeriwala is a Senior Manager at American Express Inc., driving digital transformation across the Internal Audit and Risk function using Analytics. Shruti is a Data analytics professional with 9+ Years of experience in identifying actionable profit-based opportunities through data mining, transformation and converting it into meaningful insights. In previous role at EY LLP, she led analytics-based initiatives in various merger and acquisition deals. Shruti holds a graduate degree in Engineering and has experience in various domains such as Banking, Cyber Security, Credit Risk, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Retail and  E-commerce.

Why did you choose PGPpro programme?

Working in the analytics domain has given me multiple opportunities to technically learn about different domains however, there was always an urge to understand the business side better. PGPPRO curriculum has been designed in a way that it covers all relevant business concepts along with the leadership best practices. This curriculum is further strengthened by the peer group full of diverse and experienced individuals who are experts in their domains, thus making our class discussions around each subject are so enriching. The cherry on the cake is highly experienced professors and vast alumni network. After consulting with few of my leaders and PGPpro Alumni who have had a similar professional journey, it made perfect sense to me to enroll in this program at this point of my career to enhance my knowledge and apply those learnings back to my work. Overall, PGPpro has helped me connect the dots better at my current role as well as prepared me for my next roles.
