Education qualification: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Test score: Valid GMAT or GRE (test centre based test only) or CAT scores as on the deadline date of the round in which you are applying.
Work Experience: No more than 0-24 months of work experience as on 15th June in the year they intend to join the program.
Additional requirement: If the medium of instruction is not English, then a valid TOEFL/ IELTS score is required.
Stage 1: Students will be shortlisted based on a combination of consistent and high academic performance, awards and achievements, essay and test score performance.
Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will participate in personal interviews with senior industry leaders, ISB faculty and alumni.

At PiVOT, students will learn to integrate design thinking, advanced business strategies, and innovative technologies into a cohesive entrepreneurial approach. They will create a comprehensive business plan with a validated business model, a clear value proposition, a scalable pricing strategy, a growth-oriented profit formula, and a launch plan for long-term success. PiVOT offers a transformative learning experience that equips students to lead and innovate in today’s fast-changing business landscape.
The program provides students valuable exposure to international business practices, enhancing their understanding of diverse markets and cross-cultural competencies.Students will have the opportunity to learn from renowned faculty at top international business schools, who will share their global experiences and perspectives in the classroom.
A structured Career and Professional Development track, complementing the curriculum, will empower students to confidently navigate complex career landscapes. Further, the Career Advancement Services team at ISB will assist students with mandatory summer internship placements in Year 1 and final placements in Year 2.
