Special Interest Groups (SIGs) :
The SIG genesis:
ISB has come a long way since its establishment in 2001. Time, growing batch sizes, additional programs, and an expanding alumni base created challenges – how to keep our alumni who are spread across 40+ countries engaged while contributing to lifelong learning? This led to the genesis of the Special Interest Groups or SIGs organized by industry or common interest and designed to help alumni network and learn.
The groups closely mirror the alumni base’s composition, popular interests, and themes with potential.
Each SIG has a group of ISB Alumni Advisors & Moderators who help set up their SIG’s vision, facilitate the association with industry and ISB’s Research Centres, Institutes, Labs, and faculty. Along with Industry Champions, they help organize Knowledge Sessions, Networking Events, and where relevant facilitate implementation of live projects.

Entrepreneurs / Startup SIG
Technology SIG
The ISB Alumni Technology Special Interest Group is a focal point for all things related to technology and serves as a global platform for the ISB community, with a shared interest in technology. This forum aims to facilitate dialogue and discussion amongst group members, and foster networking opportunities for all members.
Public Policy
The ISB Alumni Public Policy Special Interest Group is to provide a forum for alumni to explore the intersection of and relationship between business, government, and politics domestically and internationally. The SIG will work closely with the Bharti Institute of Public Policy and the alumni of the Advanced Management Program in Public Policy (AMPPP).
Real Estate and Infrastructure
The ISB Alumni Real Estate and Infrastructure Special Interest Group serves as a platform where we bring together alumni - from real estate and infrastructure sector as well as related funds, utilities and EPCs - strengthening networks and promoting meaningful discussions on topical issues and trends in the sector.
Manufacturing & Operations SIG
The ISB Alumni Manufacturing & Operations Special Interest Group is a platform to bring together alumni members from the Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics space to share experiences and industry best practices and provide networking opportunities to all group members. The SIG will closely work with the Munjal Institute for Global Manufacturing and the alumni of the Advanced Management Program in Operations & Supply Chain (AMPOS).
Business Analytics
The ISB Alumni Business Analytics Special Interest Group is a platform to bring together alumni members from the Business Analytics space to share experiences and industry best practices and provide networking opportunities to all group members. The SIG will work closely with the Insitute of Data Science and the alumni of the Advanced Management Program in Business Analytics (AMPBA).
