Job Purpose

Bharti Institute of Public Policy is looking for an experienced and innovative eLearning-Manager to lead the strategy and implementation of online training modules being developed for various stakeholders. The incumbent will liaison with the instructors, designers, backend technical team to create the online modules and help us achieve a seamless experience for the viewers. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with user department, helping learners, while also working with the instructors & the backend technical team to ensure a smooth delivery of the content. Job Outline

Manage the production of high-quality video, multi-media, and graphic materials to support the content.

·         Collaborates with instructors to plan, script, and deliver instructionally and aesthetically sound media productions.

·         Understand the training content to be offered by the instructor by interacting with them and assist the instructors and the design team in developing the modules.

·         Assist the instructors in creating knowledge checks (like quiz, forums, tests etc) and coordinate with the backend team to add them on LMS

·         Oversee the pre and post production work done by the design team to ensure it is in sync with the instructor’s requirement for the module

Coordinate with the backend team to ensure seamless delivery of the content

·         Understand the LMS platform and help the instructors in managing the content for the module

·         Design for multiple modules at a time, managing time, goals, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.

Programme Delivery and Implementation

·         Ensure proper delivery of Programme

·         Coordinate with User Department

·         Answer user query in a prompt manner to ensure completion of the course.

 

 

Job Specification

Knowledge / Education

Specific Skills

Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines

3 years of experience related to eLearning and Multi-Media production, including two years of supervisory experience with knowledge of:

·         Excellent delivery and platform skills

·         Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

·         Lesson and curriculum planning skills

·         Fundamental HTML and flash programming knowledge

·         Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System

·         Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard

·         Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts

  • Proven experience in developing Video, multi-media, and graphic material production principles and practices;
  • Extensive knowledge of eLearning principles and practices;

Demonstrated Skill in:

  • High quality, standard-based online course design and development;
  • Evaluating the quality of production materials and services;
  • Monitoring production budgets;
  • Communicating effectively through oral and written medium
