Job Purpose

To provide administrative and operational support to ­­­­­­­­­­­­e-Learning Manager, BIPP in executing and managing online training programs under BIPP umbrella.


Job  Outline

This role is a part of BIPP’s e-learning team, which is responsible for creating and executing all the online learning resources and training programs specifically designed for different government organizations and agencies. The incumbent needs to provide operational and administrative support to e-Learning Manager, BIPP – Creation of online training programs on Learning Management Systems (LMS), administration and tracking of activities on LMS, recognize and resolve the issues related to LMS configuration, make sure that the LMS works properly, help the learners with any issues and make consultations with other teams, vendors & external stakeholders in order to implement the best learning practices.

The job holder must ensure LMS is streamlined and should be able to efficiently monitor and manage LMS implementation, uses and issues so that all of the BIPP’s e-Learning programs are functioning smoothly. As a daily responsibility, the incumbent will support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware, activities and assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS.

For the job applicants, familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, good proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to build rapport with employees, vendors and external stakeholders is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Creation and deployment of online training programs including uploading and updating courseware, activities and assignments, learner notification text and rules on LMS.




LMS configuration and infrastructure management in consultation with external vendor.



Administrative Tasks: Assist e-Learning Manager in management of e-Learning resources, undertake tasks like dealing with telephone and email enquiries, backend support. Assist the organization of e-learning related events and meetings.
