Position details:

ISB is looking for candidates with strong quantitative capabilities, and excellent communication skills. We seek applications from motivated individuals with a strong academic background to work as Research Associates at ISB. Research Associates (RA) generally go on to pursue Ph.D. in internationally renowned business schools after working at ISB for 2-3 years.

There is one RA position available in the Strategy Area

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s level degree (A bachelor level, 4-year degree with a high CGPA too is fine). Background in survey design and basic econometrics highly desired. Familiarity with a statistical package (SAS, Stata or R) is also required.

The candidate will assist the faculty in their ongoing research work. The position is best suited for a candidate with an interest in pursuing a Ph.D. in a business school, especially in the Area of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or Organizational Behavior.

Skills and Qualifications

B Tech from IIT, NIT, or BITS

or

BA/ BSc in Economics or Public Policy

or

MBA/ PGDBM from premier institutions like IIMs

Consistently high CGPA, evidence of academic excellence.

The candidate must have high standards in terms of quality of work, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and absolute commitment to task completion.
