Research Associate or Intern Position under Professor Seung Hoon Lee, Strategy Area, Indian School of Business 

Position details: 

ISB is looking for candidates with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, and excellent communication skills. We seek applications from motivated individuals with a strong academic background to work as Research Associates at ISB. Research Associates (RA) generally go on to pursue Ph.D. in internationally renowned business schools after working at ISB for 2-3 years.  

There is one RA position available in the Strategy Area with Professor Seung Hoon Lee. 

The candidate will assist the faculty in their ongoing research work which includes development of analytical models, solution algorithms and designing of computational experiments. The position is best suited for a candidate with an interest in pursuing a PhD down the line. 

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

Master’s level degree (A bachelor level, 4-year degree with a high CGPA too is fine).  

Statistical programming skills in Stata, R, Python or similar packages is required. 

Any experience of working in Big data/AI/ML, technical writing and literature review will be an added advantage. 

Qualifications  

B Tech from IIT, NIT or BITS  

or 

MBA/ PGDBM from premier institutions like IIMs (preferably in Strategy/macro OB area) 

Or 

Any other premier institute 

Consistently high CGPA, evidence of academic excellence. 

The candidate must have high standards in terms of quality of work, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and absolute commitment to task completion, be ready to go beyond regular work hours, if required
