ISB is looking for candidates with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. We seek applications from motivated individuals with a strong academic background to work as Research Associates at ISB.

There is currently one RA position available in the Marketing Area with Professor Arani Roy.

The candidate will assist the faculty in his ongoing research work, which includes reviewing and assimilating key research ideas in the area, designing experiments, analyzing datasets, and presenting results with other visualizations of the data.

The position is best suited for a candidate with an interest in pursuing a Marketing Ph.D. in the leading business schools worldwide.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1) Master’s degree in business administration (MBA)/social psychology/behavioral economics/business analytics.

2) Motivation to do a Ph.D.

3) Excellent academic record. (e.g., CGPA above 3.5/4).

4) App and/or website development skills.

5) Knowledge of designing ad campaigns.

6) Basic understanding of statistics.
