Job Purpose |
Responsible for developing, implementing, and leading online campaigns and strategies to support and promote the Centre activities. The position holder would play a major role in enhancing brand awareness and media planning within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic, acquiring and retaining prospective target audiences. |
Job Outline |
At ISB, the Centre for Learning and Management Practice (CLMP) is focused on facilitating teaching excellence in the classroom, enabling innovative pedagogies for effective learning, supporting the writing of India-specific business cases, and the training of case writers and teachers for business schools in India. The Centre functions as a unique exchange platform that facilitates a symbiotic collaboration among the corporate sector, government organisations and academia. The Centre also aims to promote linkages with industry thought leadership to deliver the best of business insights from India and Asia through its quarterly magazine, Management Rethink. The job holder will work on activities related to website management and the promotion and sales of case studies and other teaching and research materials through the case sales website and the Centre’s social media handles. A high-level understanding of digital content is needed to help the Centre in its aim of developing case studies, exploring both traditional and innovative formats such as multimedia and simulations. The role will also include designing of content, and the development of social media presence and increased readership for the Centre’s quarterly online magazine, Management Rethink. In addition to comfort with digital content creation, this position requires the ability to collaborate with faculty, researchers, industry stakeholders, and editing staff to ensure delivery of materials of the expected quality and within stipulated timelines. |
