Job Purpose

Smooth functioning of the placement portal (all 3 modules), Responses to student queries, Interview scheduling, PPT management & calendar invites, Reports to students & management

 

 

 

Job  Outline

As the Asst. Manager of the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department in Hyderabad, the job holder is expected to get the placement plan executed. S/he is required to work in close co-ordination with the Manager – CAS, Associate Director, Associates & Interns of Process team and CR’s of all the regions.

To ensure effective execution of the job the incumbent is required to understand, analyse, and execute the jobs assigned in time. S/he is also expected to contribute towards enhancing the effectiveness of the services provided to students and ensure increase in overall satisfaction level.

The job holder is expected to execute the action plan of the CAS department. Will be responsible for SPB, e-profiler, placement portal, placement report/s, Data Analysis/ reports, reply to the student queries, PPT management, job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, exit process and all other activities.

S/he is required to interact with CR, students, other departments, and recruiters when in campus to ensure the great placement experience.

Qualification

Any graduate. Personnel management, HR & MBA will be an added qualification

Skills:

Technical

MS Office. Some knowledge on placement websites is an added qualification

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

5 – 08 years
