Job Purpose |
The Assistant Manager B2B marketing will support the planning and execution of all B2B campaigns for ISB Executive Education; to contribute to positioning ISB as a sought-after brand for Enterprises. |
Job Outline |
1. Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform, multi-channel communications plan in line with the ISB Executive Education brand.
2. Creating and managing marcomm and campaign execution towards B2B marketing efforts.
3. Plan and implement marketing activities like email campaigns, marketing events, thought-leadership communication, etc.
4. Work closely with BD teams to move prospective clients through the funnel to closure.
5. Create and adhere to a standardised process checklist to ensure consistency and timelines in a high-volume, high-intensity work environment.
6. Monitor and track effectiveness of campaigns, events, thought-leadership initiatives, and course-correct as required.
7. Collaborate with other teams and departments within ISB-EE, ISB, and external vendors to create and/or customise communications and marketing activities.
8. Liaise with empanelled vendors to plan and schedule activities while managing all the logistics end-to-end.

· Strong knowledge of content development in various formats. · Strong knowledge of business communication towards B2B segments. · Excellent verbal & written communication skills · High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously. · Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders. |
· Overall 5-7 years of experience · Prior experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector · Hands-on experience in B2B sales or marketing roles |
