Job Purpose

 

Responsible for all administrative and logistics related activities of the current programmes (PGPMAX, PGPMFAB & PGP Pro) in the department

 

 

Job  Outline

 

The job holder is responsible for providing complete back-end support for Programme management, by meticulously planning and organising all logistics requirements. S/he also ensures logistics requirements of the faculty teaching the programmes are met. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all facilities are available.

 

The job holder is required to assist Orientation and Graduation day events. Ensure all applicants are provided with accommodations and appropriate arrangements are made during their stay at ISB. S/he is required to see that all the classrooms, group rooms, Executive Housing /Housing facilities for the programs are well equipped with audio visuals and the necessary tools for smooth delivery of the programs. Assist with printing of transcripts and certificates.

 

 

Ensure that all departmental documents/data are up to date and easily accessible for audits, if any.

 

Understand SAP for academic as well financial/commercial purposes and effective use of the same. The job holder is responsible for maintaining the SAP systems ensuring proper upload of data as well as collection of data as and when required.
