Job Purpose

Handle Customer Services, Events and Facility Management services for the school.

 

 

Job  Outline

  • Management of facilities like Recreational, Wellness Center/Isolation Center ,Laundrette, Sports facilities, Creche etc.
  • Handle Front Office management
  • SAP- PRs, budgeting and invoice processing
  • Venue and Housing booking management
  • Inter and Intra departmental coordination

 

Job Specification

Knowledge:

Qualification

Diploma in Hotel Management/ Graduate with min 3 year experience in operations, facility management, administration department

Skills:

Technical

Events Management, Facility Management, Customer Services, MIS, Windows proficiency, Language Skills-Written and Verbal

Behavioural

Positive Attitude, Keen learner, Team player, Resourceful, Social Skills

Experience:

Min 3 year experience in operations, facility management, administration department
