Job Purpose |
Handle data needs for the department Faculty Information Systems (Digital Measures, Interfolio etc.), Data management and Accreditation, Faculty Reviews, support the RA / Intern hiring process and other administrative requirements. |
Job Outline |
A. The job holder is responsible to manage data on Faculty Information Systems (including Digital Measures, Interfolio software), B. The incumbent needs to support the faculty review, annual merit review and fourth year tenure review processes. C. S/he needs to maintain data, regularly update the records, and generate reports for various accreditation, ranking, reporting requirements through data and reports D. The job holder needs to support the end-to-end RA / Intern recruitment process including the hiring, induction, performance appraisals, and provides related reports to various stakeholders. |

§ To source good resumes from IIT, IIM, DSE, ISI etc. with strong academic background for Faculty and Centers / Institutes. § To coordinate with faculty get the prospective RAs interviewed and bring them on board. § To coordinate with HR in advertising the vacancies on ISB job portal. § To get the hiring approved from the Senior Manager, FD and then send to HR. To ensure timely communication of offer letter to the candidates. § Liaison with IT, LRC and Operations during inducting new hire regarding group id, database access, desktop and office space. § To coordinate with HR, faculty and RAs to initiate and complete the performance appraisals. § To manage database and other records in order to generate the reports including assets as and when necessary. § To organize the RA felicitation in the honor of those RA’s who have got through PhD Programs in good B Schools abroad. |
