Job Purpose

This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of brand strategy.

The person will lead the efforts to further enhance the differentiated brand for ISB Executive Education through an innovative, distinctive strategy that leverages knowledge to build significant WoM and virality.


Job  Outline

  • Craft an organic brand strategy leveraging the school’s expertise in research-led knowledge and business portfolios.
  • Drive events for the brand and alumni engagement, knowledge creation, PR and social media strategy for ISB Executive Education.
  • Build a strategy that is actionable and outcome-led that can be measured through organic business metrics.
  • Have a very strong process-driven working style to create and execute a cohesive strategy driven by timelines and measured by output.
  • Design brand campaigns to enhance brand consideration, measured by impact on organic business inflow.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to ensure consistency of brand voice permeates all customer-facing touchpoints of ISB ExecEd and delivers higher CX score.
  • Be the brand custodian in crafting the brand positioning, guidelines and messaging to align all LoBs to a standard brand voice.
  • The incumbent will be required to drive consistency and adhere to school-wide branding and design standards, ensuring that the school’s reputation is upheld.
  • Be a curious marketer, keep track of the competition, and explore and research ways to stay ahead and build a differentiated brand for ISB Executive Education.

Desirable Experience

  • Post Grad or higher education in communication or MBA from a reputed business school
  • A bachelor's degree in related fields of marketing, communications, or journalism
  • Proven success in running brand campaigns across B2B and B2C organisations
  • Excellent marcom skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation capabilities to work across multiple projects/ tasks at a time
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Social media proficiency
  • Familiarity with content management systems (Adobe) and marketing automation tools
  • 12 - 15 years experience in branding, communication and driving successful campaigns
  • Sound working knowledge of Social Media Marketing –Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • A fair understanding of the executive education/ EdTech space
