Job Purpose

Handle the PGP Modular programmes Admissions process end to end. Maintain the Databases. Collate, update Admissions Databases. Help in report generation for admissions and other requisite areas.

 

Job Outline

The incumbent is responsible for data available in the application portals, The incumbent has to process the admissions of the three programmes PGPMAX, PGPMFAB and PGPPro as per the admission policy. Work on new portal requirements, coordinate with IT on enhancements YOY, Manage the team. Provide all relevant data to the Admissions Committee for prudent decision making and implementation of the same. Should be able to track a student from login and is responsible for Pre and Post Selection. Support the other teams and school wide activities as required.

Knowledge:

Qualification

Any Graduate preferably with Maths, Statistics or Commerce major. A Master’s degree in operations will be an additional asset.

Skills:

Technical

MS Office, proficiency in MS Excel; Analytical mind-set, Good to know SQL or any statistical tool.

 

Behavioural

Should be proficient in and like dealing with numbers, possess eye for detail. Good interpersonal skills, Communication, Multi-tasking and coordination. Team player

The incumbent has to juggle multiple databases, support multiple teams in various activities on different products and will be the crucial point of contact for reports to different stakeholders in the school on the Modular programmes, the PGPMAX, PGPro, PGPMFAB. Stringent eye for detail on data and unquestionable veracity are essentials. Must be able to work odd hours and weekends during certain times of the year and travel as required.
