Job Purpose

To be a part of world class B2B inside sales team that achieves ambitious targets for our open enrollment programs, which includes short duration programmes - Live Virtual and On-campus; as well as longer duration blended format programmes.



Key Responsibilities


Onboard New Logos in Small-Mid Corporates sector


Strategize business in new geographies like Tier 2 cities, if required with online only programmes


Driving inquiries, outreach & corporate nominations for our Open Enrollment Programs


Counselling experienced professionals via call, email or in-person on which course will be useful for the learning needs of organisations for their employees career progression and suggest the best options


Create pipeline of L&D SPOC and CHRO contacts from companies for business developement 


Looking after entire Sales Cycle


Evangelize about custom and digital learning solutions from ISB Executive Education


MIS and Reporting


Sales Operations with Finance and Customer Success Team


Qualities for Success

We are looking to hire talented and aggressive Sales Professionals who can thrive in a progressive Sales Environment. The Successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our participant acquisition and revenue growth targets.

A Successful Candidate Should Have:

  • Desire to taken on ambitious targets and own the outcomes
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written business communication skills
  • Premium product/service mindset (not “sales by discounting” mindset)
  • Strong analytical skills especially with respect to sales performance metrics and reporting
  • Personality/gravitas/confidence to interact with business leaders, L&D heads and CHROs as a peer and trusted advisor, rather than as a “requirement taker”
  • A problem solver with a good stakeholder management skill
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable and poised speaking with mid-to Sr. level managers, business leaders and HR Leaders
  • Looking after entire Sales Cycle. Updating and maintaining the Reports, coordinating with other Teams to ensure seamless experience of prospects
