We are looking to hire talented and aggressive individuals who can thrive in a progressive Sales Environment. The Successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our participant acquisition and revenue growth targets.

 

 

 

 

 

A Successful Candidate Should Have:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Desire to take on ambitious targets and own the outcomes

  • Excellent verbal, listening and written business communication skills 

  • Premium product/service mindset (not “sales by discounting” mindset)

  • Able to qualify leads by talking to prospects, understanding their Profile and need and suggesting appropriate program to them 

  • Personality/gravitas/confidence to interact with business leaders and CHROs as a peer and trusted advisor, rather than as a “requirement taker” 

  • Comfortable and poised speaking with mid-to Sr. level managers, business leaders and HR (Human Resources) Leader 

  • Looking after the entire Sales Cycle. Updating and maintaining the Reports, coordinating with other Teams to ensure seamless experience of prospects

  • 5 working days per week including Saturday and Sunday. Evening shift on all days.
