Job Purpose

ISB Executive Education has a fast-paced and high-growth environment with more than 50 programmes delivered annually.

This role requires the incumbent to work in the marketing communications team.


Job Outline

We are looking for a content, for writing, proof reading and editing articles and writing the copy and creatives for sharing them in an engaging format on social media.

The content writer should have good understanding of content in the business and higher education space. She/He should have sound knowledge of social media platforms and content consumption patterns and formats on the relevant channels – Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

A good understanding of the executive education/ EdTech space and web development skills would also be highly desirable.

This is a great opportunity for an articulate, and organised creative individual to make an impact on a large department of a globally renowned business school.

The incumbent will be required to drive consistency and adhere to school-wide branding and design standards, ensuring that the school’s reputation is upheld. Must also demonstrate the ability to handle a high volume of creative output at any given time for timely execution of the content and social media plans.

There is ample opportunity to grow and experiment with different formats of content and expand one’s horizon.

  • Bachelors / University Degree in journalism
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in content writing, social copy and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience in the EdTech sector would be highly preferred
  • Skilled in creating written and visual content
  • Outstanding portfolio of published work
  • Proven ability to work independently, with stringent timelines.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills and a can-do attitude
  • Keeping abreast of and a good understanding of latest in social media
  • Creative flair, innovative ideas, and excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable at visualising to communicate ideas clearly and quickly
  • Ability to continuously improve on current content and designs and keep up with latest trends in social media and communication specifically in the EdTech space
  • Working experience on social media
  • Ability to provide innovative and creative ideas regularly
