Job Purpose   

The ISB Studios is a world-class multi-media production studio tasked to support the School's growing digital audio-video needs. We are currently exploring setting up in-house capabilities to help create different kinds of original, compelling and variegated digital content end-to-end, including educational snippets, op-eds and content/ program outreach collateral.

The role of Creative Lead, ISB Studios  seeks out self-starters who will own up the end-to-end design, creation, and delivery of such material. The person will therefore be responsible for its content, creative and production, and will be required to individually, as well as with available in-house or outsourced resource, help build the same.

We are looking for a creative professional who is a self-starter and takes on the role of  program manager for assigned projects, and simultaneously act as creative lead, partnering with assigned stakeholders, including faculty, department heads, & RCIs. The job will involve working with film crews, editors, graphic artists, and sound designers to achieve the finished product.

We have requirements in terms of creating marcom collateral/ promotional films as well as in terms of creating media content, and are willing to look at people with rounded skills, or with specific expertise in a particular domain of digital content.  


Job  Responsibilities

The Creative Lead with need to work with different stake-holders (customers) within the School and:

·       Understand the brief and transform it into a tangible design idea.

·       Articulate and develop concepts and ideas as also put them into action with solid project execution skills.

·       To work with assigned School teams to develop and executive creative programs / design concepts that are feasible for execution in production

·       To assist in creative problem solving at the initial request stage, offering creative ways to accomplish the requestors needs within their project constraints and budgets.

·       To research and write creative briefs, outlines, scripts, and interview questions.

·       To guide and direct film, video and photo shoots and conduct filmed interviews.

·       To be able to hold self and others responsible for ensuring tasks are completed correctly

Proven expertise of high-quality, high-impact video content creation for online audiences.


Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Film, Media, Communications, related field or equivalent work experience


An understanding of business, economy and education would be highly desirable



Professional skills including content creation for different media vehicles, essential for the role.    


High level understanding of the storyboarding process and ability to assist the creative strategy for a video production.


Creative flair coupled with execution capabilities. Project efficient, possessing problem solving skills


Excellent communication

(both written and verbal).


Strong listening and superior relationship building skills, including persuasion, customer orientation, negotiation, networking and influencing.

A solid portfolio of 10+ years of creative and design experience of which significant portion should have been as a doer (in either advertising or media, or both) professional, both as a content creator as well as content disseminator.


Experience in broadcast and digital media is essential.
