Job Purpose

1. Plan, create, publish, and share new content online on CAS social media pages(including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand.

2. Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the CAS page on ISB website. Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information. Create appropriate website content aligned with the department’s strategy. Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

3. Support Corporate Business Development team in conducting market research, develop business strategies, build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage meeting calendar accordingly.

4. Working on the Student Profile application (SPB), e-profiler, placement portal (Managing the applicants to various jobs, shortlist and not-shortlist announcements, Offer uploads and assisting students on placement portal), Managing regional activities, Interview & PPT co-ordination, logistics and PR & Payments.

5. Support new initiatives including the CRM implementation in CAS along with supporting internal teams as well as external vendors



Job Outline

As the Associate of the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department, the job holder is expected to get the placement activities executed. S/he is required to work in close co-ordination with the CAS program management and corporate business development team.

 To ensure effective execution of the job the incumbent is required to understand, analyse and execute the jobs assigned in time. S/he is also expected to contribute towards enhancing the effectiveness of the services provided to students and ensure increase in overall satisfaction level.

 The job holder is also expected to execute the action plan of the CAS department. Work on SPB, e-profiler, placement portal, prepare placement report/s, and reply to the student queries, PPT management, job-postings, interview scheduling, offer management, exit process and all activities of one region. The job holder is also expected to work in close coordination with the CAS CBD, PGP students and Team CAS PM.

S/he is required to interact with CBD, students, other departments and recruiters when in campus to ensure the great placement experience.

The jobholder needs to coordinate with the Commercials, Operations, IT and Finance department to co-ordinate submit the bills and constantly follow up with the Finance team to ensure the whole activity is completed and the reimbursements are made accordingly.

The incumbent needs to also respond to the various queries flowing in from different sources. 

Inter-departmental co-ordination of work, smooth operation of recruiter visits and CAS events on campus, and support provided to the team and students when required.    

Support all activities related to placements execution (online and on ground) including volunteer training and mobilization




Job Specification



Post-graduation (Preferably MBA )



MS Office, Database Mgt, Social Media Content and Creative Design , CRM, Account Management



Good communication and interpersonal skills; Should be willing to work for long and late working hours ,especially during PPTs and Placements


2 – 5 years

YoY 50% growth in organic followers, active and engaged audience ( 1 lac plus views of posts per  month during placements season ) ; Updated page on ISB website



Support CBD Team in business outreach

Data mining for company contacts and fixing meetings and follow ups for job postings along with subsequent processes

Error free and timely action



CRM implementation and Office Administration. Undertake tasks like dealing with telephone and email enquiries, PR raising, Digital Measures and data collection, stationery maintenance for department, creating and maintaining filing system, backend support, scheduling meetings, making cab, travel and accommodation arrangements.  Submission & settlement of reimbursement claims

Implementation of CRM, Training of users, data management Timely action and error free coordination and quality of support

Implementation of CRM , updated data bases, full support to the CAS CBD,S&E and PM team
