Job Purpose

Supporting the Sr. Manager and Associates to manage placement portal (Managing the applications of various jobs, shortlist and Not shortlist announcements, Online Interviews and Volunteer Management, Offer uploads and assisting students on placement portal) Interview & PPT co-ordination, logistics and all late evening events (PPT’s, Online Interviews and other on-campus engagements). 

 



Job  Outline

As the Intern of the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department, the job holder is expected to get the placement activities executed. S/he is required to work in close co-ordination with the CAS Program Management.

To ensure effective execution of the job the incumbent is required to understand, analyse, and execute the jobs assigned in time. S/he is also expected to contribute towards enhancing the effectiveness of the services provided to students and ensure increase in overall satisfaction level.

The job holder is also expected to execute the action plan of the CAS department. Work on placement portal, support to online placements and reply to the student queries, PPT management, job-postings, interview scheduling, offer management, exit process. The job holder is also expected to work in close coordination with the CAS CBD team, students, and Team CAS Program Management.

S/he is required to interact with CBD, students, other departments, and recruiters when in campus to ensure the great placement experience.

Inter-departmental co-ordination of work, smooth operation of recruiter visits and CAS events on campus, and support provided to the team and students when required.

·       Candidate for this position should be able to deliver error free medium complexity tasks within agreed deadline.

·       Candidate should be able to work extra and long hours.

·       Candidate should be familiar with programming/IT / technical skills.

·       Candidate should have good command over communication skills – both verbal and written.

·       Advance understanding of productivity tools like Excel and PowerPoint is a pre-requisite.
