Summary of Responsibilities                        


The Skills Lab at ISB is looking for an exceptional instructional designer to create and continuously improve learning programs using an array of creative approaches. The role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and be able to produce quality courses.

Specific responsibilities will include:

·       Create a student centric design experience in every learning deliverable.

·       Create storyboards by translating raw video footage into engaging learning content.

·       Visualize to convey ideas and concepts taught by faculty and ensure visual consistency and harmony in the videos.

·       Follow standards and specifications to develop high quality output.

·       Review documents and videos to maintain quality standards.

·       Validate if the errors pointed out have been addressed correctly.

·       Coordinate with video editing team to create a high-quality product.

·       Maintain project documentation and course folders.

 Qualifications and Experience (Mandatory)

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Educational Tech, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, or Journalism
  • Experience:
    • Up to 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role.
    • Specialized knowledge of instructional design, online learning, video-based learning, mobile learning, online content development etc.

Qualifications and Experience (Desired)

  • Degree or experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
  • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate.
