Job Purpose: 

·       Create reusable journey paths and program outlines

·       Coordinate with senior stakeholders, faculty, and clients to formulate Executive Education programmes

·       Assist with designing the Exec Ed programs

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to create customised course-flow documents, approach notes, diagnostic reports, proposals & impact assessments related to various projects

·       Identify opportunities for efficiency in all aspects of program management to help in scalability

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Providing timely support to the business development & programme management teams to create solutions for clients

  • Consulting with senior stakeholders to shape content and obtain their review and approval of learning assets
  • Gathering information from faculty, clients, and internal team as part of performing requirement analysis for program building
  • Maintaining an archive of learning nuggets that can be used across programs and created with support from different stakeholders
  • Advising faculty, course facilitators and end clients on the effective use of digital learning tools as per available resources
  • Using the evaluation of learners’ experiences and outcomes to employ design improvements
  • Creating client presentations, proposals/marketing/communication templates and report writing
  • Working with the stakeholders on writing diagnostic reports and creating impact assessments
  • Continuously endeavor to digitize and automate processes using the available technology
  • Organizing course content, resources, participant results, and faculty course ratings, and ensuring that they align with set goals

Education and Experience:

·       Master’s degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.

·       Experience in curriculum design and blended learning

·       Experience of working with consultancy firms is desirable

·       Teaching experience and or exposure to training / L&D practices is desired

·       Relevant subject discipline knowledge may be advantageous.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required

·       Excellent command over English language for producing reports, presentations and other learning assets

·       Good analytical and diagnostic skills

·       Good questioning, probing and listening skills

·       Excellent Project Management, Time Management & Organizing Skills

·       Working knowledge of LMS, Time Tabling & Scheduling Tools , SalesForce and/or Zoho is highly desirable
