Job Purpose

Perform diverse administrative duties, support the strategic initiatives effected by the Head of Digital Learning, and act as a liaison between the Head of Digital Learning and key stakeholders, including firms, governments, faculty, and staff.


Job Responsibilities

We seek an experienced, reliable, detail- and task-oriented Manager. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. An illustrative list of functions is provided below:

(a)   Coordinate executive communications, including calls, emails and other interfaces with firms, governments, and other institutions. Will also liaison with internal stakeholders – faculty and staff.

(b)   Prepare internal and external corporate documents, including memos, presentations and statistical reports, for both internal stakeholders and external partners

(c)    Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries with high degree of reliability and efficiency

(d)   Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as webinars, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events

(e)   Superior organization, time management, communication, and multitasking skills

(f)     Uphold a strict level of confidentiality; develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

MBA/ Postgraduate


  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management in the organization is important
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
