The Manager- Brand Events will plan, execute, and manage various events and promotions to promote ISB Exeucutive Education brand. They play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving sales, and engaging with customers.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to create a strategic events calendar and ensure seamless execution of those, leveraging internal resources as much as possible.
Planning and managing events for ISB ExecEd to enhance engagement with existing consumers to drive superior brand affinity and better WoM.
Digital and on-ground event planning, execution and coordination would be the candidate’s responsibility.
Event planning, management and ensuring adherence to timelines by all stakeholders will be the key expectation from this role.
Extreme attention to detail and superlative project management skills are key requirements of this role.
S/he will need to leverage all opportunities, budget and resources available within the School (other departments, alumni, and students) to build higher brand equity for Exec Ed while having a clear focus on business.
Identify and select appropriate event venues, vendors and partners. Manage event budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Drive event registrations, attendance and engagements. Monitor and evaluate the performance of each event, and identify ways to improve metrics continually.
Uphold brand standards and find ways to enhance equity through all engagements.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to bring maximum value to each event for the audience.
Knowledge / Education
MBA or a higher degree in marketing or related disciplines, from premier institutions only
Excellent and proven marcom skills (written and verbal), demonstrated through successful campaigns run in the past
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organization and prioritization capabilities to work across multiple projects/ tasks at a time
Extreme process orientation and eye for detail in communications, and in defining and effecting workflows.
Strong campaign execution, coordination and vendor management capabilities
Working experience of organic and paid social media campaigns
7-9 years experience in marketing and events
Sound working knowledge of Social Media Marketing –Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
