Job Purpose

The purpose of the role primarily revolves around handling the end to end Employee life cycle comprising of “hire to retire” and in charge of all the key HR processes linked to the complete employee life cycle.

 

Job  Outline

As part of the Human Resources Team at the Indian School Of Business, the job holder would be required to manage and deliver on the following key deliverables:

 

1.       Talent Acquisition: Handle the end to end recruitment process of all roles upto Senior Manager.

2.       Managing the entire employee life cycle processes starting from Recruitment to exit of the employee.

3.       Plan engagement with all new joiners with an aim to improve the on boarding experience and scores.

4.       Planning and execution of various on campus and virtual employee engagement activities.

5.       Look at existing HR processes and help ISB in improvising those HR processes.

 

In addition to managing the employee life cycle, the job holder is expected to assist in various HR projects which may be undertaken at either of the campuses and ensure full support in completion of these time bound projects.

 

The job holder is further required to manage Key stakeholders as part of day to day functioning and be able to manage escalations, if any, at a local level.

 

Managing day to day HR operational activities form an integral part of the role and hence, the incumbent is expected to develop thorough understanding of the various HR processes and policies and be able to manage employee queries accordingly.

 

As one of the HR SPOC for the Campus, the person is expected to be the Cultural & Brand ambassador for ISB and uphold the values and culture of the institution and spread awareness around the same within the campus.

1.       Highly proficient in handling HR Processes.

2.       Verbal and written communication,

5.       Highly proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint

8 years plus majorly in to handling large scale recruitments and should have worked in high process driven organizations. Candidates who have Green/Black Belt certifications would be given preference.
