Job Purpose

·       Responsible for building B-B/B-C connects with the industry for AMPBA’s Capstone projects, short-term seminars/workshop/Roundtables.

·       Responsible for IIDS branding  

·       Planning and delivery of events, outreach activities, new initiatives, supporting alumni engagement and industry relations for the IIDS Lab.

·       Designing and implementing a strategic marketing and sales plan that expands IIDS customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the industry.

 

Job Outline

·       The incumbent is responsible for generating and converting leads from (or managing existing relations with B-B, B-C, ISB Alumni, AMPBA Alumni etc.) program aspirants, potential project sponsors, alumni, etc.

·       Responsible to tie-up with industry for capstone projects.

·       Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands IIDS customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the industry.

·       Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/participants relationships (Alumni, B-B, B-C) by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

·       Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

·       Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

·       Developing strategies and tactics to boost the IIDS reputation and drive qualified traffic

·       Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

·       Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

·       Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

·       Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

·       Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

·       Responsible for organizing events(Conference/Summits/Workshop/Round-Tables/Seminar)

·       The incumbent should have prior exposure to IT/ITES or analytics industry. The incumbent needs to be well versed in CRM databases, digital marketing strategies and be able to leverage various channels for brand awareness. S/he will coordinate with respective teams (Digital Marketing, Executive Education, Alumni office, etc.) for various activities.

·       The incumbent has to coordinate with all the stakeholders in effective planning and smooth execution of the programmes/events/initiatives or any other activities assigned.

Technical and Management education from a reputed institute with good knowledge of data science industry.

 

·   Knowledge of or exposure to IT/ITES and data science/business analytics industry.

·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

·   Sense of customer relationship, business development opportunities,

·   Ability to manage multiple tasks and with multiple stakeholders at the same time,

·   Excellent in coordination & attention to details.

·   Prior exposure to digital marketing will be added advantage.

·       Manage Social handles, and intranet portals of IIDS Lab and AMPBA.

Any Other Significant Input

The incumbent must have knowledge of data science/business analytics domain and be updated with latest trends in the industry. S/he must be effective communicator and influencer in managing the relationship with stakeholders (internal/external). S/he must be collaborative and innovative and should be able to execute the ideas. S/he should be comfortable driving multiple tasks together and still deliver within deadline.  Also, the incumbent should be comfortable in long and frequent travels and working on weekends, if required.

Prior experience in techno-functional marketing and exposure to data science/analytics industry will be an edge.
