Job Purpose

Enhance alumni engagement by supporting departments across the board and ensuring tsmooth functioning of key initiatives of the department.

 

Job Outline

The Office of Alumni Engagement works towards nurturing meaningful relationships between alumni and School, as well as between alumni across programmes/cohorts.  The jobholder performs a set of key responsibilities in coordination with the Associate Director which enables the School/department in developing and enhancing engagement with alumni.

 

While executing the job the incumbent is required to provide inputs on an ongoing basis to create platforms for an engagement at various levels for alumni with the School. S/he is required to develop & implement an action plan for enhancing the engagement of the alumni with the School. The job holder is expected to have good knowledge about data management, and analytics including organizing, maintaining, and reporting alumni data across the board.  He/she is responsible to maintain the Salesforce CRM system and processes to streamline alumni data management. He/she is also responsible for increasing student-alumni engagement. The jobholder is expected to contribute to and support key initiatives and events of the department such as Solstice, lifelong learning services, and engagement with the top alumni especially PGPMAX alumni.

 

To ensure effective execution of the job, s/he is also required to provide guidance and support to his/ her team on a need basis.

Qualification

An MBA from a reputed institute with experience in data management/analytics is preferred

Technical

1.     Excellent data management skills

2.     Knowledge of CRM systems

4.     Excellent written/verbal communication skills

5.     Knowledge of data mining and reporting techniques is a plus

6.     Budget preparation

Desirable Experience

8 -10 years

Experience in handling customer relationship management software, especially Salesforce will be an added advantage.
