Job Purpose

The Manager would own the brand-building efforts for ISB Executive Education across channels.


Job Outline

  • Build the ISB ExecEd knowledge brand by leveraging existing ISB knowledge resources and creating original content.
  • An exemplary content writer who knows the art of effective communication. Can make consumer-friendly content pieces out of intensive research papers.
  • A strong understanding and eye for detail in terms of writing, proofreading and editing articles and writing the copy and creatives for sharing them in an engaging format on social media.
  • Be a curious marketer and keep track of competition and explore and research ways to stay ahead and build a differentiated brand for ISB Executive Education.
  • Have a very strong process-driven working style to create and execute a cohesive content strategy, which is driven by timelines and measured by output.
  • The incumbent will be required to drive consistency and adhere to school-wide branding and design standards, ensuring that the school’s reputation is upheld.
  • The content writer should have good understanding of content in the business and higher education space.
  • She/He should have sound knowledge of social media platforms and content consumption patterns and formats on the relevant channels – Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Must also demonstrate the ability to handle a high volume of creative output at any given time for timely execution of the content and social media plans.

Desirable Experience

  • Graduate/ PG Diploma in marketing/ communication or related disciplines
  • Excellent marcom skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization capabilities to work across multiple projects/ tasks at a time
  • Strong campaign execution, coordination and vendor management capabilities
  • Working experience of organic and paid social media campaigns
  • 10-12 years experience in content-led branding, communication and driving successful campaigns
  • Sound working knowledge of Social Media Marketing –Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • A good understanding of the executive education/ EdTech space and web development skills would also be highly desirable.
