Job Purpose

The Manager Data and Web Analytics is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the data and web analytics strategy for ISB Digital Learning team, to ensure that they are aligned with the overall business objectives and vision. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive data analysis and insights, web analytics, and ultimately, business growth

 

Job  Outline

  • Develop and implement a data and web analytics strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and vision
  • Lead the development of data and web analytics guidelines, measurement plans, and reporting frameworks that are aligned with the target audience.
  • Develop and implement a plan for tracking and analyzing website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using a variety of tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and others.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that data analysis and insights are utilized to drive business growth and optimization of marketing and sales campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of web analytics and data initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and capitalize on new data and web analytics opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Manage the budget for data and web analytics initiatives and ensure that all activities are cost-effective

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in web analytics, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies for data analysis and insights
  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, data analysis, and reporting
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
