Job Overview

The resource will be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modelling and analysis. The right person for the job will have in-depth knowledge of Projects & Facility Operations having the knack for seeing opportunities in sprawling data sets and providing insights to cross-functional teams to zero in on strategic opportunities and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Projects & Operations Data to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Ensure contract and statutory compliance.
• Build, and develop, Facility data automation systems, collating data from Discrete Systems to simplify and automate vendor performance and claim management.
• Design and build process flows to simplify and address Delivery performance issues.
• Design and delivery of reports, dashboards and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics,
• Manage the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
• Develop and implement quality controls and standards to ensure Cost Control, delivery excellence and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operations procurement and ensure it is within budget.
• Budget preparation, documentation and tracking in coordination with other stakeholders.
• MIS preparation and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate with stakeholders for accreditation of ISO45001 and its sustenance.
• Take part in sustainability initiatives and drive them along with stakeholders.
• Emergency response plan and drills coordination
   

Qualifications for the role

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering
• More than 15 years of overall work experience
• Deep Understanding and extensive experience of Budget & Cost Control, Vendor performance management of Facility Operations and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques in Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement in Delivery Performance
• Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
• Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously.
