Job Purpose

To provide high-quality day-to-day support for the delivery of an ISB Alumni Engagement Programme (AEP) including Monitoring and Evaluation for the Centre for Learning and Management Practice (CLMP).

 

Job Outline

The incumbent is responsible for:
  1. Providing day to day operational and admin support for the flawless delivery of the program
  2. Billing, Invoice Processing and logistics management
  3. Telecalling the Alumni
  4. Vendor and stakeholder coordination
  5. Maintaining records and stocks of merchandising and other in-class requirements.

Bachelors in any relevant field

  • Preparation of MIS, Working on SAP, proficient in MS Office, Strong interpersonal skills, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Cross departmental coordination, multitasker. Ability to be agile, innovative and flexible.
  • Candidate has to be open to travel-intra city.
